Life happens while you're making plans...quite true. We (well, my parents) signed contracts on a house yesterday! And we went to see what will be our new home (if all goes well with building inspections!) After months of talk and planning it all happened so suddenly, and so randomly. Where we end up literally depends on what the options are, and which of the options work out! Thankfully, this house is much nicer than the one we saw on Saturday. It even has a fish pond and vegetable garden!! It's a little further out, suburb-wise, in quite a new area...we even passed horses on the way!!! There are a lot of vets there. Lots of nature, a nice neighborhood etc. I want to paint some of the walls in my room bright red though, because blue does not go with my stuff! Trying not to plan too far ahead, but you know I'm not good at that!
Today I managed to drive myself to and from work without incident!! I had to try sometime and finally got up the nerve this morning...mainly because my heels still have blisters from the ridiculous stilettos I was wearing on Friday night, and I did not want to have to walk home..
